Things I learned the hard way today:

• Accepting “kindness” from family, risks losing independence (in other words, sometimes it’s better taking the bus, rather than getting a ride)
• Don’t eat at Cincin unless you want to spend $30 on three bites of Italian food. The food’s delicious, but FFS, I’m a growing girl
• Bouncers are assholes to girls who actually like to wear clothes when they go clubbing
• From Downtown Vancouver to Surrey is a $60+ cab ride

To summarize: I’m a Vancouver girl living in Surrey. Tough life.
